Please read carefully. This summary explains how our press release writing and distribution service works, what we need from you, and how refunds are handled. It is written in plain language for clarity.
1. What we deliver

2. What we need from you
- Accurate, complete details in the intake form, including correct spellings, titles, dates, and claims that can be verified.
- Clear quotes from a founder or spokesperson. Optional third party quote for credibility is welcome.
- Rights to use any logos, images, or media you provide. You confirm you own or have permission to use them.
- Timely feedback on drafts and approvals. Most outlets require fast turnaround.
3. How we write your press release
We use a structured workflow: intake review, fact check, outline, draft, edit, and client approval. We may use trusted writing tools including GPT to speed up ideation, but every draft is edited by a human editor before it is sent to you. You receive one main draft and up to two revision rounds that focus on accuracy, clarity, and style. Substantive scope changes after approval may be billed as a new order.
4. Outlet selection and editorial control
- You choose one outlet or a package of outlets. Each outlet has its own editorial policy and the right to accept, edit, or decline submissions.
- If your selected outlet declines the piece, we will request minor edits or offer comparable alternatives with similar reach and credibility.
- If you decline all reasonable alternatives, you may request a refund as described below.
5. 100 percent publication guarantee and refunds
- Guaranteed publication or full refund. If we cannot achieve publication on the selected outlet or on a comparable alternative that you approve, we will refund 100 percent of the service fee you paid to us.
- Comparable alternative. Means an outlet with similar format and reputation for the same market or region. We will provide options and you can choose one.
- Exclusions. The guarantee does not apply if the content contains prohibited claims, defamation, unverifiable statements, violations of an outlet policy or law, or if responses, approvals, or assets are not provided on time. The guarantee also does not cover changes requested after an outlet has accepted the piece.
- Partial results. If part of a multi outlet package is published and part is declined, we will either place the remaining items on comparable outlets or refund the prorated amount for the unpublished items.
- Processing time. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Bank or gateway fees are returned when the provider allows it.
6. Turnaround and communication
- First draft target: 12 to 24 hours after receiving complete materials.
- Distribution window depends on the outlet. Many publish within 24 to 72 hours after final approval, but timelines can vary.
- Please reply to draft and fact check questions within 16 hours to keep your schedule on track.
7. Revisions
- No post-publication edits. Revisions are not possible after the press release is published.
- One pre-publication revision. After you receive the final draft, you may request one editor-led revision covering accuracy, clarity, tone, or formatting before approval.
- Requests that add new angles or expand scope after approval will be treated as a new order.
8. Content standards and compliance
- Prohibited promotions: gambling/casinos, sports betting, lotteries, fantasy betting; adult or sexually explicit services; counterfeit goods; weapons; illegal drugs or paraphernalia; hacking/spyware or surveillance tools; hate speech, harassment, doxxing, deepfakes/impersonation.
- No misleading or unlawful claims: no illegal, misleading, or defamatory content; no unsubstantiated medical, financial, investment, or crypto/ROI promises.
- Regulated industries: healthcare, finance, legal, alcohol, nicotine, CBD/cannabis, and similar sectors require proof of licensing and any required disclaimers; otherwise we will decline the project.
- Right of refusal: We may refuse or stop work on content that violates these standards and will refund per the refund policy if applicable.
- You warrant that all statements are true to the best of your knowledge and that you have rights to all assets provided.
- We may decline projects that do not meet our ethical or legal standards and will refund you if work has not begun.
9. Intellectual property and usage
- You own the final press release text upon full payment, except our underlying templates and processes.
- You grant us permission to use your brand name, logo, and publication links in our portfolio and case studies unless you opt out in writing.
10. Data privacy
We use your information only to write and distribute your press release. By submitting this form, you authorize Bluelinks Agency to publish and distribute your name, company or brand name, role or title, location (city, state if applicable, country), website URLs, and media contact details (email) within the press release and related media communications, and you acknowledge and agree to this publication. 11. Payment and invoices
- Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses—including lost revenue—or for matters beyond our reasonable control (including editorial decisions by third-party outlets). In all cases, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected order.
13. Changes and cancellation
- You may cancel before drafting begins for a full refund.
- After drafting starts, we can refund minus fair time spent, unless the publication guarantee applies, in which case the guarantee terms prevail.
