Bluelinks Agency was featured on Dunia News for its involvement in a significant animated film project. The project, Under the Blaze, directed by 20-year-old Pakistani illustrator Awais Shaukat, highlights the issue of child labor in the country’s brick kiln industry.
Awais, who started his digital art career at 15, was inspired to tell these children’s stories after witnessing their harsh working conditions firsthand. The film’s script, written by Omer Bin Safia, is based on these real-life experiences.
Bluelinks Agency, represented by Co-founder Rafhan Shaukat, is producing the film through Lahore-based Awartsy Animations. The movie, set to debut at international film festivals next year, uses traditional 2D animation and aims to raise global awareness about child labor in Pakistan.
