Bluelinks Agency is pleased to present this collaboration proposal to Haris bin Haroon, CEO of POPO FC, for the design and full-stack development of the club's official website. This is not a template site or a simple WordPress build — it is a professional, custom-coded football club platform built on Next.js, the same technology stack used by leading global brands for speed, scalability, and search engine performance.
The website will be modelled on the structure and SEO standards of Wolves.co.uk — one of the best-optimised football club websites in the world. It will include dedicated sections for news, squad, fixtures, and a fully functional e-commerce store for club merchandise.
This project is being delivered under a mutual collaboration agreement between Bluelinks Agency and POPO FC. In lieu of a monetary fee, POPO FC will grant Bluelinks Agency official branding placement on the team's kit. The specific placement, size, and positioning of the Bluelinks logo on the shirt(s) will be finalised in a separate Sponsorship & Branding Contract to follow this proposal.

Terms & Conditions
- This project is delivered under a collaboration agreement. No monetary payment is required from POPO FC at any stage — the signed contract is sufficient to initiate the project.
- In exchange for the website, hosting, and ongoing maintenance, POPO FC agrees to display the Bluelinks Agency logo on the team's kit. The specific placement, size, and positioning will be agreed and formalised in a separate Sponsorship & Branding Contract to be issued following this proposal.
- Club assets — including logo files, brand colours, player photographs, and any existing content — must be provided by POPO FC within the first week of project kickoff. Delays in asset delivery will directly impact the project timeline and Bluelinks Agency cannot be held responsible for resulting delays.
- The scope covers the 6 core pages and e-commerce features listed in this proposal. Any additional pages or features outside this scope will be discussed and agreed separately.
- Monthly maintenance, security updates, hosting, and domain renewal are all included under the collaboration agreement for the duration of the partnership.
- Full source code, admin credentials, and deployment access are owned by POPO FC. Bluelinks Agency retains no proprietary claim over the website codebase.
- Up to 2 rounds of design revisions are included during development. Further revisions may be discussed as part of the ongoing collaboration.
- The collaboration agreement is subject to a minimum term to be specified in the Sponsorship & Branding Contract. Either party may renegotiate terms upon expiry of the agreed period.
