Bluelinks Agency — Sponsored Listicle Placement Terms
Please read carefully. This agreement explains how our sponsored listicle placement service works, what is included, what is not refundable, and under what conditions a listing may be removed. It is written in plain language for clarity.
1. What you are purchasing
- A paid editorial placement — a mention of your product, brand, website, or service within one of Bluelinks Agency's published listicle articles.
- This is a content publishing service, not traditional advertising. All editorial decisions, including wording, positioning, and formatting, remain solely at the discretion of Bluelinks Agency.
- Delivery is considered complete once your placement is published and a live URL is provided to you.
- No further obligation exists on the part of Bluelinks Agency after publication.
2. No results guaranteed
Bluelinks Agency makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding traffic, search engine rankings, SEO outcomes, referrals, leads, sales, or any other results arising from the placement. Performance of the placement is entirely outside our control and does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute under any circumstances.
3. Payment and non-refund policy
- All sales are final. Once payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances — including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, business closure, rebranding, editorial changes to surrounding content, or any other reason whatsoever.
- Partial placements. If your listing or brand has been mentioned, referenced, or published in any capacity — including in a draft, partial, or preview state — the payment is considered fully earned and is non-refundable.
- No chargebacks or disputes. By completing payment, you explicitly agree not to initiate a chargeback, reversal, dispute, or claim through Stripe, PayPal, your credit card provider, your bank, or any other payment processor or financial institution. Filing a chargeback after receiving this service constitutes a fraudulent misuse of the payment dispute process.
- Dispute contestation. Bluelinks Agency reserves the right to contest all such disputes, submit this agreement and all related records as evidence, and seek recovery of the original payment amount plus any chargeback fees, penalties, or administrative costs imposed on us as a result of the dispute.
- Binding acceptance. Your completed payment serves as a binding digital acceptance of this agreement. Bluelinks Agency retains full records of all purchases, accepted terms, submitted information, and publication details, which may be submitted to payment processors or legal bodies in the event of a dispute.
4. Link and mention permanence
- Once your brand, URL, or product is published within a Bluelinks Agency listicle, the link and mention are intended to remain live indefinitely as part of our editorial content archive.
- While permanence is our standard practice, Bluelinks Agency does not guarantee that links will remain live forever. We reserve the right to update, restructure, consolidate, or republish articles at our editorial discretion.
- Minor or cosmetic changes to the article or surrounding content do not constitute a breach of this agreement and are not grounds for a refund.
5. Removal without notice
- Right to remove. Bluelinks Agency reserves the right to remove your listing, link, mention, or any associated content at any time, without prior notice, and without issuing a refund, if we determine — at our sole and absolute discretion — that your brand, website, product, submitted content, or conduct violates our editorial standards or this agreement.
- Grounds for removal include, but are not limited to: illegal or prohibited content; spam, malware, phishing, or deceptive practices; adult, gambling, pharmaceutical, or otherwise regulated content not disclosed at the time of purchase; misleading or false product claims; content that poses reputational risk to Bluelinks Agency or its publications; legal requests, government orders, or court directives; or any content we determine to be objectionable at our discretion.
- URL changes. If the URL submitted at the time of purchase becomes inactive, begins redirecting to prohibited or unrelated content, or is sold or transferred to a different business or owner after publication, Bluelinks Agency reserves the right to remove the listing immediately, without notice and without refund.
- No refund on removal. Removal of a listing for any reason does not entitle the buyer to a full or partial refund. Payment is made for the act of placement and publication, not for guaranteed permanence.
6. Content standards and prohibited categories
- Prohibited promotions: gambling/casinos, sports betting, lotteries, fantasy betting; adult or sexually explicit services; counterfeit goods; weapons; illegal drugs or paraphernalia; hacking/spyware or surveillance tools; hate speech, harassment, doxxing, deepfakes, or impersonation.
- No misleading or unlawful claims: no illegal, misleading, or defamatory content; no unsubstantiated medical, financial, investment, or crypto/ROI promises.
- Regulated industries: healthcare, finance, legal, alcohol, nicotine, CBD/cannabis, and similar sectors require proof of licensing and any required disclaimers; otherwise we will decline the project.
- You warrant that all submitted information is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have rights to all assets, logos, and media provided.
7. Buyer representations
- You have full authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the brand, business, or product being listed.
- The URL, content, and information submitted are accurate, legal, and do not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
- You are not purchasing under false pretenses or with the intent to dispute the payment after delivery.
- You will not file a chargeback or payment dispute with any payment processor or financial institution after the service has been delivered.
8. Data privacy
We use your information only to publish and manage your listicle placement. By submitting this form, you authorize Bluelinks Agency to publish and use your name, company or brand name, website URL, and any provided media within the relevant listicle article and associated editorial content. 9. Intellectual property
- Editorial content surrounding your placement remains the intellectual property of Bluelinks Agency.
- You grant us permission to reference your brand name, logo, and publication link in our portfolio and case studies unless you opt out in writing.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluelinks Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses — including lost revenue, lost rankings, or lost traffic — or for matters beyond our reasonable control. In all cases, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected order.
11. Entire agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the buyer and Bluelinks Agency regarding this placement. No verbal or written promises outside of this document shall be binding. Bluelinks Agency reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order.
